PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME The purpose of this programme is to equip potential moderators with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to conduct moderation within their fields of expertise. RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL) RPL against this unit standard is allowed only in the case where such applicant can proof that formal training was conducted on the outcomes-based moderation process with an accredited provider. METHODOLOGY *Training Programme Duration:* 30 days = 4 hours contact time spread over 3 days and 27 days of preparation for assessment *Assessment:* Portfolio of Evidence will be submitted within three weeks of completing the training.
